She has extensive experience in global music business development, having worked on artist partnerships and contract negotiations at Universal Music Group, Sony Music, and Go Music. At SPOT, she oversees product planning and strategic partnerships, bringing deep industry insight and strong execution to the team.

Min is the Co-founder and CFO of SPOT, responsible for legal, finance, and internal operations. He previously managed foreign investment and corporate establishment at Commvault and Clumio, and led a successful ₩6.5 billion fundraising effort at MyMusicTaste. With cross-industry expertise and a focus on operational optimization, he supports SPOT’s growth with a strong foundation in financial and business management.

Su is a Product Designer and Developer at SPOT, working to build a service that serves as a local friend for foreign tourists.Leveraging her career as a designer, she works on UI design while considering easier user experiences, and as a developer, she works toward the team's vision of helping all foreigners become experts in Korean travel and life through faster product speed improvements and development of various features.

Aeri is a bilingual professional based in Tokyo, fluent in both Korean and Japanese. As Tony’s high school friend, she now enjoys family life in Japan and works alongside him to support clients in both Japan and Korea, ensuring they receive the best care possible.
